We are constantly seeking ways to enhance our processes and products. We are using industry leading milling machines and 3D printers constantly looking to work with new materials and invest in new technology. Fully integrated in digital design and workflow, we are able to work with any digital system our clinicians need to finish the case. Full-contour, 360 degree digital imaging technology now enables us to improve our productivity, access new materials and produce a consistently high quality product our clients expect and deserve. By combining the individual talents of our highly skilled and dedicated team with the most cutting-edge technology available we’re able to integrate combined computer assisted design (CAD) and computer assisted manufacture (CAM) to produce CDA, ADA and Health Canada Approved dental products.

Here at Balmoral Dental Design, we know that the key to our success is the use of cutting-edge technology. Our Dental Lab uses CAD CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) systems that include digital scanning, digital design software and a state of the art milling machines for production of dental restorations. All the components of the CAD CAM system work simultaneously ensuring accuracy, consistency and efficiency. We are able to combine CAD CAM systems and our Dental Laboratory team skills to produce fabrications of the highest quality.
